Brandon / Oak Harbor Senior {Port Clinton Ohio Senior Session ; Lake Erie Senior Portraits}

Say hello to Brandon...a 2016 graduate of Oak Harbor High School in Oak Harbor, Ohio!  Brandon's mom contacted me early on in the beginning of the school year to schedule Brandon's senior portraits.  I wasn't familiar with Brandon or his mom so I did what most normal people do and Facebook stalked  them.  Gasp!  Now no judging, because you know you are guilty of the same a time or two.  So on Mom's page I find this handsome, tall looking guy with...curly hair.  Honestly.  I wanted to hug him.  Like right away.  I am odd like that.  I have to tell when I finally met Brandon, his mom, and girlfriend (whom it turns out I knew) it was a breath of fresh air.  Mom is an amazing mother who dearly loves her son (and daughter!).  They were easy going, fun, and truthfully just a delight to be around.  Mom was full of sweet stories about Brandon and I was pretty darn lucky to listen to them throughout our session.

Mom requested some Lake Erie/beach images in addition to a natural setting for Brandon's session.  We started our session at East Harbor State Park in Port Clinton, Ohio.  I loved Brandon's relaxed look for this set of images.  I cannot stress enough that your senior session should be a reflection of YOU...your style, your personality, your interests!  If you are not a suit and tie kind of person your Senior session is not the time to wear one.  Now if you are then by all means sport your finest threads!

Over the last two years I have met quite a few photography clients at East Harbor to capture them on the shores of Lake Erie.  It has been fun finding "hidden" locations that at the right time of day feature gorgeous light.  Some of that gorgeous light came out to play during Brandon's Senior session.

Thank you Brandon (and Mom) for choosing me to capture Brandon's Senior Portraits.  I enjoyed getting to know you and I am looking forward to hearing of the greatness that awaits Brandon!
